Raymond A. DiDia, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Team Solution, Inc., is also the Managing Executive Partner of Source One, LLC and ABC Payroll. Mr. DiDia, began a lengthy and prosperous career in Insurance at the company level as a VP - Senior Account Executive at PMMI (now FM Global). Throughout the remainder of his career, My DiDia, also held various positions at both regional and international brokers. Specializing in alternative risk mechanisms, Mr. DiDia, created the Hunts Point Risk Purchasing Group in addition to creating a Work Comp captive for the largest privately held company in Canada. Mr. DiDia, still maintains his licenses and remains active in both P&C and Employee Benefits. Mr. DiDia, is an active member of the Workplace Benefits Association, where he serves as a member of the Advisory Board. Mr. DiDia, is also an active member of the National Association of Health Underwriters.

With it's start in 1996, ABC Payroll, grew to serve over 8,000 businesses across the United States, through the highly successful Strategic Partners Program. At its peak, the program had over 4,500 agents and brokers from the P&C, Employee Benefits and Financial Services sectors.

The Team Solution, was established in 2009, to meet and exceed the ever-growing needs of our Licensed channel partners. The Team Solution platform will provide our insurance channel partners with new technolgy, tools and solutions to drive new revenue and profit opportunities from their existing client base of operations.


With 15 years of experience behind it, the Team Solution will continue to grow and evolve to meet the needs of it's insurance channel partners as well as channel partners from the Risk Managment, Captive Management. Banks, Credit Unions, Merchant Service Firms and Employment Law firms across the United States.
